Our refund policy applies to Canada, Australia, the United States, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means that you have 30 days to apply for a return after receiving the item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and with the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged or Wrong Items Received
Please check your order receipt, if the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the problem and correct it, you can contact us at service@fepbnqa.com.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded through the original payment method. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and post the refund. The whole process takes about 7 business days.

Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee for returns.

Return Shipping Fee
We do not charge return shipping if it is a quality issue with the product itself.
If the customer places the wrong order or regrets the purchase, the customer needs to pay the corresponding shipping fee.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Once the product has been painted, welded, mounted, or attempted to be installed, it will not be returned.
FEPBNQA is not responsible for parts damaged during installation.
Please check for damage as soon as the part arrives. Make sure to check for features such as threads, fit, etc. If there is any damage please contact us within 2 days. Otherwise it will be considered as good.

Exchanges
We only exchange damaged, wrong products, wrong size or defective products. If you need to exchange the item, please contact us at service@fepbnqa.com

Order Cancellations:
If the product is still being processed, you are eligible to cancel the order and get a full refund. If your order has been completed and you have received a UPS, FedEx or USPS tracking number and you want to cancel the order, you must wait until the package arrives before starting the return process.

Disclaimer:
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should bear the shipping costs. 
If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our reasons, the consumer does not need to bear the shipping costs for this reason.
